Job summary

Infotree Global Solutions Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to join a client team using an AI-powered learning platform. You’ll help onboarding, implementation, and keep projects running smoothly from kickoff to go-live.

You’ll collaborate with internal experts and client stakeholders to maintain clear communication, manage timelines, and provide proactive, responsive support, becoming the central point of coordination across diverse topics and teams.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and expectation management skills.
• Confidence in facilitating meetings.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, customer support, or client-facing roles.
• Comfort working across a wide range of topics and stakeholders.
• Ability to work to deadlines and iterate quickly on feedback.

Responsibilities

• Support customers in using a learning software platform.
• Run 1:1 meetings, trainings, and troubleshooting sessions.
• Set up and manage project plans (templates provided).
• Follow up on milestones, risks, and action items.
• Schedule meetings and prepare agendas.
• Solve issues and coordinate next steps.
• Respond to customer requests via email.
• Log and follow up on bug reports.
• Collect and share product feedback.
