As part of that journey, we are strengthening our R&D teams working with Power Electronics in our Krakow site. The Project Coordinator/Manager supports the delivery of innovative projects within the Power Electronics Program by coordinating activities across multidisciplinary engineering teams. The role provides an excellent development path toward a Project Manager position, combining project coordination, stakeholder management, planning, and exposure to cutting-edge power electronics technologies and R&D projects.
The position operates within a program environment that includes multiple engineering disciplines, laboratory activities, and strategic technology initiatives.
Reports to: Power Electronics Program Technology Manager.
Works closely with: Project Managers, Technical Leads, Team Leaders, Laboratory Coordinators, Engineering Teams, Supply Chain Management, Legal, and Business Stakeholders
