You will lead portfolio governance and oversee the HCM project portfolio, coordinating with HR and IT leaders and external vendors to deliver high-value programs. The role requires extensive experience in IT project leadership within multinational settings and a strong background in portfolio management, HR tech, and ServiceNow SPM.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing large IT projects in a global environment.
• Proven experience in Project Portfolio Management and portfolio governance.
• Strong understanding of HR applications or HR technology landscapes.
• Experience with ServiceNow SPM or similar portfolio management tools.
• Certified in Project Management and advanced English communication skills.
