Job summary

Alcon Polska invites motivated students to join as Intern for Contract Administration and Project Management Support. This Early Careers Program offers hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment with a civil contract for 6 months.

The role supports documentation archiving, uploading to internal catalogs, and cross‑functional collaboration across Europe. Hybrid work and 20–30 hours per week are available to fit student schedules.

Qualifications

• Student status (active university enrollment)
• Availability to work min. 20-30 hours per week
• Hybrid model
• Proficiency in English, any other European language and Polish (spoken and written)
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Archiving and organizing documentation
• Uploading documents into internal catalogues
• Collaborating with technical departments
• Cooperating with other teams and markets across Europe
• Monitoring progress of project activities
• Collaborating across various project teams to ensure smooth exchange of information and action closure
• Supporting preparation for project activities by logging requirements, documenting testing scenarios, facilitating user management
