INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

This internship supports Public Procurement (PZP) and tender‑related activities. You will gain hands‑on experience in documentation, data analysis and stakeholder collaboration. Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring selected public procurement platforms.
• Supporting the analysis and organization of tender documentation.
• Assisting in the verification of the materials vs. requirements defined in procurement documents.
• Updating internal databases.
• Preparing simple summaries and reports in Excel to support tender‑related processes.

Flexible work location: mix of remote, onsite, or hybrid depending on project needs.

HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Interest in public procurement, compliance and document analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Fluency in Polish (minimum B2) and good command of English (minimum B2).
• Availability to work at least 30 hours per week.
