Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking an experienced PMO/Governance professional to strengthen our project management framework. You will oversee governance cycles, maintain tools and templates, and ensure audit-ready documentation.

You will report to senior leaders, consolidate project data for strategic decisions, and coordinate across functions to align programs with business goals. Fluent English and a proven PMO track record are required; PMP/ PgMP is desirable.

Qualifications

• University degree/Masters in Economics, Finance or Business Administration.
• 7+ years of experience in projects contributing to program management and governance.
• 3+ years of experience in PMO roles.
• Proven track record supporting or managing medium-to-large projects across functions/regions.
• Experience implementing governance frameworks, reporting standards, and delivery processes.
• Experience engaging with senior business leaders.
• Experience leading PMO teams and mentoring junior staff.
• Project Management Certification (practitioner level).
• Fluent English.

Your Responsibilities Would Include

You Are a Good Candidate If You Have

• University degree/Masters in Economics, Finance or Business Administration
• 7+ years of working experience in projects contributing to the development and delivery of program management and governance activities
• 3+ years of working experience on PMO roles
• proven track record supporting or managing medium-to-large projects or programs across multiple functions/regions
• demonstrated success in implementing or enhancing governance frameworks, reporting standards, and delivery processes
• experience in stakeholder engagement and working with senior business leaders
• experience leading PMO team members and mentoring junior staff
• Project Management Certification (practitioner level)
• fluent English.

You Are a Perfect Match If You Also Have

• training in portfolio governance, financial management, and change leadership (e.g. PgMP, or MoP, Prosci) is highly desirable.
