Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków, part of Heineken Business Services Poland, seeks a senior PMO professional to drive governance and program delivery. You will consolidate reporting, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and align projects with strategic goals to WOW the world with green excellence.

You bring a university degree in Economics/Finance or Business Administration, 7+ years in project governance, and proven leadership of PMO teams across regions.

Qualifications

• University degree/Masters in Economics, Finance or Business Administration.
• 7+ years of working experience in projects contributing to the development and delivery of program management and governance activities.
• 3+ years of working experience on PMO roles.
• Proven track record supporting or managing medium-to-large projects or programs across multiple functions/regions.
• Demonstrated success in implementing or enhancing governance frameworks, reporting standards, and delivery processes.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and working with senior business leaders.
• Experience leading PMO team members and mentoring junior staff.

• Integrating and maintaining standardized project management tools, templates, and frameworks.
• Overseeing project documentation, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.
• Ensuring accurate and timely project status reporting to all management levels.
• Consolidating and analyzing project data for strategic decision-making.
• Facilitating cross-functional coordination and communication among stakeholders.
• Partnering with executives to ensure alignment between project and strategic goals.
• Proactively addressing issues and challenges that arise during project execution.

You are a perfect match if you also have:

• training in portfolio governance, financial management, and change leadership (e.g. PgMP, or MoP, Prosci) is highly desirable.
