Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree is required.
• Agile Programme Management certifications preferred (e.g. CSM, PMI-APC, APMG).
• Advanced Agile/PM methodology qualifications (e.g. Practitioner) are a plus.
• Proven experience leading transformational projects across geographies/time zones/cultures.
• Experience in business transformation and change management focusing on process redesign and target operating model optimization.
• Experience managing external vendors, resources and contracts.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language and vice versa.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the complete solution/product while securing business value optimization.
• Confirm business requirements, solution architecture and project scope with the Product Teams.
• Define and manage projects to optimize business value.
• Ensure requirements align with IT strategy, enterprise architecture and existing products.
• Monitor planning, progress, business value, dependencies, impediments, finances and risks in Agile ways.
• Develop and manage execution, deployment and transition plans across Product Teams and OpCos.
• Identify, manage and mitigate risks during the project lifecycle.
• Define, plan, request and secure resources/skills to meet requirements.
• Maintain a unified One Way of Working within the Agile Project Management team.
• Guide transitions in business aligned with D&T, Functional Domains, Competence Centers and Regional IT Leads; monitor progress.
• Drive and manage projects in an Agile manner.
• Promote collaboration, prioritization, accountability and visibility as an Agile ambassador.

Your Responsibilities Would Include

• managing all aspects of delivering the complete solution/product, in such a way that business value optimization is secured
• confirming business requirements (Functional and non-Functional), solution architecture and defining the projects boundary and what is in and out of scope, including alignment with the Product Teams
• defining and managing a project in order to optimize business value
• ensuring business requirements are translated into solutions and products that are in line with the IT strategy, enterprise architecture and current products within the Product Teams
• monitoring and report on planning, progress, business value, dependencies, impediments, financials and risks in accordance with the Agile way of working
• developing and managing the execution, deployment and transition plans across the Product Teams, functions and OpCos
• proactively identifying, managing and mitigating risks and impediments during the lifecycle of the project
• defining, plan, request and secure resources/skills to meet project and programme requirements
• ensuring a One way of Working within the Agile Project Management team
• ensuring (and monitor) that transitions in the business are guided professionally and in alignment with amongst others D&T, Functional Domains, Competence Centers and the Regional IT Leads and monitoring transition progress
• driving and managing projects in an Agile manner
• promoting and demonstrating core principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability and visibility (being an Agile ambassador).

You Are a Good Candidate If You Have

• Master's degree
• Agile Programme Management certifications are preferred (e.g. CSM, PMI-APC, APMG)
• professional qualification in a structured, industry-accepted standard (Agile) project management methodology (advanced) Practitioner and/or Managing Successful Programmes (advanced) Practitioner)
• proven experience in leading transformational projects in developing centralised capabilities and migrate and deployment to Operating Companies in multiple geographic locations, time zones and cultures
• experience in business transformation and change management considering process re-design and target operating model optimization
• experience in managing external vendors, resources and contracts
• proven ability to translate complex technical concepts to business language and vice versa
• fluency in English.
