Job summary

Us3 Consulting is seeking an experienced Business Project Manager to coordinate business-driven initiatives across the Enterprise Change Office and Investment Operations. The role focuses on delivering business outcomes through stakeholder alignment and execution, not hands-on technology work.

You will partner with business leaders and delivery partners to drive successful outcomes, translating objectives into plans and managing governance, risks and change management in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Project Manager, Programme Manager or Consultant delivering cross-functional business initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience translating business objectives into executable plans and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Strong consulting mindset, with the ability to influence and structure complex problems in ambiguity.
• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, governance and project reporting.
• Experience supporting change management, communications and business adoption.
• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies and governance.
• Experience working with technology-enabled transformation (data, platforms, automation) without being hands-on technologist.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Project Manager to lead and coordinate business-driven initiatives across the Enterprise Change Office (ECO) and Investment Operations (IO).

You will partner with business leaders, technology teams and delivery partners to drive successful outcomes across the Asset Management domain. The role is focused on business outcomes, stakeholder alignment and execution, rather than hands-on technology delivery.
