Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking an IT Project Manager to coordinate end-to-end project delivery, uphold governance, and drive risk management across technology initiatives with a focus on budget control and stakeholder alignment. Fluency in English is required for international collaboration with clients and partners.

The role involves planning, monitoring, reporting, and supporting change management within a hybrid delivery environment, leveraging strong MS Office skills and professional presentation

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading technology projects.
• Strong governance, planning, risk management and stakeholder management.
• Experience with budgeting, resource management and project tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Advanced presentation skills using Microsoft Office.
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written.

IT Project Manager

Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading technology projects
• Strong experience in governance, planning, risk management and stakeholder management
• Practical experience in financial and resource management and use of project management tools
• Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
• Advanced presentation skills using Microsoft Office
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written

Nice to have:

• Experience in banking or financial services projects
• Understanding of information security risks in financial organizations
• Experience in application lifecycle management and vulnerabilities identification and remediation
• Experience working in agile, waterfall and hybrid delivery environments
