Job summary

Templeton & Partners is seeking a PMO Analyst to support a large-scale global ERP Cloud migration programme in Kraków. You will work closely with Programme Managers, workstream leads and business stakeholders to maintain governance, visibility and delivery control across the programme.

The role focuses on governance, planning, RAID management, milestone tracking, reporting and stakeholder coordination within a fast-paced international transformation context.

PMO Analyst – ERP Cloud Migration

Start: ASAP

We are looking for a PMO Analyst to support a large-scale global ERP Cloud migration programme.

You will work closely with Programme Managers, workstream leads and business stakeholders to maintain strong governance, visibility and delivery control across the programme.

Key responsibilities:

• Support programme governance, planning, RAID management and milestone tracking.
• Consolidate updates from multiple workstreams and maintain programme plans, dashboards and status reports.
• Track actions, dependencies, risks and issues; support timely escalation and resolution.
• Coordinate programme meetings, steering committees and stakeholder communications.
• Prepare clear executive-level reporting and programme performance insights.
• Support financial tracking, resource planning and documentation management where required.

What we are looking for:

• Proven PMO / Project Coordination experience within large, international transformation programmes.
• Experience supporting ERP implementation, cloud migration, digital transformation or manufacturing programmes.
• Strong skills in RAID, governance, project plans, reporting and stakeholder coordination.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Planview or similar tools is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a structured, fast-moving environment.
• Strong English communication skills.

Experience in Life Sciences, pharmaceutical manufacturing or a GxP-regulated environment is highly desirable.
