Job summary

RGP is seeking a PMO/Analyst to support global transformation initiatives across Finance, Procurement, HR and Supply Chain. You will help design processes, manage ERP migrations, and coordinate activities with IT and implementation partners.

You will maintain project plans, governance artifacts, and performance tracking, while fostering cross-functional collaboration. Strong PMO skills and experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar platforms are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting GBS/SSC/CoE transformations.
• Knowledge of end-to-end business process standardisation with GPOs, BPOs, and business leaders.
• Experience in ERP transformation programmes, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Exposure to Finance, Procurement, HR, Supply Chain, or other enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Strong PMO, programme governance, planning, reporting, and coordination skills.
• Experience managing RAID logs, project plans, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Pharmaceuticals is preferred; Philips transformation programme experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support design and implementation of global business processes and TOM.
• Assist ERP transformation programmes including SAP S/4HANA and other platforms.
• Coordinate programme activities across business, IT, and partners.
• Develop and maintain programme plans, roadmaps, and governance docs.
• Track progress, risks, issues, KPIs, and benefits realisation.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Support business readiness through communications, training, and change activities.
• Contribute to business process documentation, deployment planning, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality, governance, and timelines.
