Job summary

Tylko in Warsaw seeks a hands-on Operations Coordinator to coordinate external production partners, plan production, and keep operations running smoothly.

The Operations Department owns the end-to-end production journey – from planning, through manufacturing, to final delivery. You will collaborate with internal teams and external factories, manage schedules, audit progress, and escalate issues when needed while always focusing on reducing disruptions and maximizing quality.

Qualifications

• Fluent Polish and good English (written and spoken).
• Clear, assertive communication across channels.
• Willingness to work from Warsaw office 3 days/week and visit production sites occasionally.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Proactively plan production to prevent disruptions and strengthen partnerships with manufacturing partners.
• Coordinate daily with external production partners to resolve issues and keep schedules.
• Ensure seamless information flow between internal teams and factories.
• Track order status and timelines; surface risks to on-time delivery.
• Drive continuous improvements in how we work with factories.
