Displate in Warsaw is seeking an IT Operations professional to maintain the end-to-end IT landscape supporting production, including site LAN, VPN tunnels, servers, and shop-floor devices.

You will act as incident manager, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure timely escalation, information sharing, and root-cause analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT operations within a production environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot network and host-related issues.
• Strong incident management and escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an up-to-date map of the on-premise landscape across sites and dependencies.
• Narrow faults down hands-on—connectivity checks, logs review, and determine responsible owner.
• Explain fault causes to both plant staff and technical teams.
• Own production-affecting incidents end to end from intake to closure.
• Coordinate with partners and vendors, ensuring timely engagement and root cause analysis.
• Communicate outage notices and status updates to stakeholders.
• Provide day-to-day user support for factory IT equipment.
