Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking a Production Support & Operations Engineer in Warsaw to ensure smooth production services, incident management, and automation of pipelines. You will own RCA, monitor systems, and collaborate with development teams to improve observability and reliability.

The role requires 5+ years in IT operations or production support, strong Jenkins and CI/CD experience, and hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and monitoring tools. Polish market context applies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations or production support.
• Experience managing incidents end-to-end with RCA and prevention.
• 2+ years in ITIL processes (incident, problem, change).
• Experience in Agile delivery with development teams.
• Proficient in Jenkins; CI/CD automation and application monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Own RCA activities for production incidents and implement preventive actions.
• Monitor production services and address anomalies before incidents occur.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and related tooling.
• Automate build, test, security scanning, and deployment processes.
• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and resolution procedures.
• Collaborate with development/platform teams to troubleshoot operational issues.
• Improve observability with dashboards, alerts, and log queries.
• Support disaster recovery exercises and service continuity initiatives.
