Ideal candidates have a track record of launching B2B software products, strong discovery skills, and excellent communication in English. This role emphasizes strategic thinking matched with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B software/technology products.
• Proven experience launching products from concept to market.
• Strong product discovery and customer validation skills.
• Experience defining product strategy and roadmaps.
• Experience developing pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
• Strong understanding of B2B monetization models.
• Excellent prioritization and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from concept validation through launch and continuous improvement.
• Define product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap.
• Define success metrics and continuously evaluate product performance.
• Build go-to-market plan and monetization strategies for the products.
• Support strategic partnerships and co-selling initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to expand products into new markets and customer segments.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership.
• Facilitate decision-making and align stakeholders around product priorities.
• Foster a product culture focused on customer value, experimentation, and ownership.
