Valeo Electric and Electronic Systems Plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice seeks a Product Technical Leader for Aftermarket to drive the introduction of remanufactured and new components for Commercial Vehicles. You will coordinate design reviews with suppliers, manage R&D documentation in PLM, and translate customer requirements into product specs.

Responsabilidades

• Implement new and reman products for Commercial Vehicles.
• Act as technical contact in front of OES customers.
• Design new components for remanufactured products with supplier reviews.
• Manage R&D documentation in PLM.
• Define product requirements and specs with customers.
• Define test specifications and scope of tests.
• Issue DVP&R and test plans.
• Lead PoC activities including prototypes assembly and testing.
• Supervise tests in the EU Test Center.
• Support production and manage product life.

Valeo Electric and Electronic Systems Plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice is engaged in the production of starters, air dampers and valves, exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) and innovative electric generators for hybrid vehicles, as well as the regeneration of alternators, starters, dual mass flywheels and compressors for car air-conditioning. Valeo Plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice has its own modern research and development center which provides innovative solutions for car manufacturing

Product Technical Leader - Aftermarket

Your challenges:

• Implementation new and reman products for Commercial Vehicles
• Being a technical contacts in front of OES customers
• Design of new components for remanufactured products with Design Review with suppliers
• Manage R&D documentation in PLM
• Defining product requirements and product specs also with customers
• Defining test specifications and scope of tests
• Issuing DVP&R – defining test specifications, test requirements and test plan
• Leading Proof of Concept activities including prototypes assembly and prototypes testing
• Supervising tests in the Test Center located in EU
• Contributing to P-30 plan in CV perimeter
• Creating R&D Standards
• Supporting production team
• Managing product life
• Implementation engineering changes to modify existing products to keep them in production and/or implement replacements
• Leading car tests linked with communication and co-operation between different vehicle electric and electronic systems

• Engineering degree: mechanical;
• Engineering way of thinking including Reverse Engineering;
• Experience in automotive - will be additional advantage;
• Fluent English language, min B2;
• Knowledge about automotive industry standards;
• Teamwork spirit;

• Knowledge of Catia 3D/2D workspace is a plus
• Knowledge about basic Commercial Vehicle Transmissions will be an advantage
