Valeo Electric and Electronic Systems Plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice seeks a Quality - Development - Project professional to lead customer requirement validation, PPAP processes, and quality plan deployment across project stages. You will collaborate with the Project Manager to manage deviations and ensure compliant quality documentation.

The role requires an engineering degree and 2–3 years in automotive quality, English fluency, and strong knowledge of QC tools.

• Engineering degree required or equivalent in technical field.
• 2–3 years of experience in quality, preferably automotive.
• Knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, SPC, PDCA, FTA, Ishikawa, 5Why).
• Customer orientation and precision are essential.
• VDA 6.3 auditor would be a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate and validate customer requirements.
• PPAP validation with customer.
• Develop and drive quality assurance plan with Project Manager.
• Manage quality issues during project development.
• Prepare and implement Control Plan and quality documentation; apply quality tools (PQP, SPC, MSA, PFMEA, PDCA, APQP, 8D, Ishikawa, 5Why).
• Participate in project development per Innovation Policy; handle change management per CSR & Valeo standards.
• Prepare quality data and reports for milestones; communicate with customer; conduct quality training for operators and inspectors.

Your challenges:

• Negotiate and validate with customer definition of requirements;
• PPAP validation with customer;
• Communication of customer requirements and driving project quality assurance plan according to customer and Valeo requirements in co-operation with Project Manager
• Managing quality issues during project development
• Prepare and implement Control Plan and quality documentation; Ensure proper implementation of quality tools like Project Quality Plan, SPC, MSA, Functional Analysis, PFMEA, PDCA, APQP, 8D, Ishikawa, 5Why, etc.
• Participate in project development according to Constant Innovation Policy; Ensure change management according to CSR & Valeo standards
• Prepare quality data (samples, standards, instructions, measurements, tests, analysis, etc.) for all stages of project development and internal milestones validation by Valeo; Manage communication with the customer; Participate in project and quality related meetings; Prepare and conduct quality training for operators, inspectors, supervisors, etc.;
• Manage all deviations according to project QRQC rules; Prepare requested data and reports; Prepare and participate in customer audits, external audits; Perform internal process audit;

Candidate profile:

• Engineering degree in technical area;
• Min 2-3 years of experience in quality area, preferably in automotive industry;
• Fluent English;
• Knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, SPC, PDCA, FTA, etc.);
• Teamwork spirit & ability to cope with stress and time pressure;
• Customer orientation and accuracy with precision is a must;
• VDA 6.3 auditor would be additional value;
