Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków (Heineken Business Services Poland) seeks a Product Expert to be the main contact for central product teams and D&T. You will support product maintenance, development, and training, enabling value delivery across the HEINEKEN ecosystem.

The role involves collaborating with global teams, driving backlog development with the Product Owner, and ensuring product performance through testing and documentation.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in an international shared service or BPO environment.
• Affinity with process (FP&A) related technology and methodologies.
• Proven experience with IT transformation projects and facilitating design/validation workshops.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to build collaborative relationships.
• Good analytical skills and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Global Solutions based on HEINEKEN Enterprise Process Model (HEPM).
• Assist central business product team with design and deployment queries.
• Perform initial assessment of product design changes and requests for improvements.
• Lead the development of backlog items with Product Owner for new features.
• Report on product performance and support Product Owner in BAU activities.
• Conduct business testing during system upgrades and new functionalities.
• Update central teams on product developments and deliver trainings.
• Develop communication materials related to New Ways of Working and update product docs.
