Job summary

HEINEKEN Global Shared Services Kraków is seeking a Technical Product Owner to translate strategy into engineering work, owning the "What" and "How" for the product from a technical view. Qualifications

• 5+ years as Technical Product Manager/Owner in a high-growth tech environment.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Background as Software Engineer, Technical Architect or Systems Lead.
• Ability to challenge technical estimates and understand architectural trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritise technical user stories with business value and dependencies.
• Bridge between Business Analysts and Technology Specialists to align expectations.
• Define 6-12 month technical product vision (APIs, Data Lakes, Cloud Infra).
• Partner with Architects on trade-offs between speed to market and technical debt.
• Define the Definition of Done and Acceptance Criteria; ensure quality increments.
• Monitor KPIs to measure product success and adoption.
