Job summary

Hardis Group Polska is seeking a Functional WMS Consultant to advise clients, align WMS with logistics processes, and support smooth implementation. The role involves training users, ongoing optimization, and collaboration with international teams.

You will work as a trusted advisor, ensuring configurations meet client needs while respecting security policies and ISO 27001 standards. Fluency in Polish is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain activities.
• Experience in IT within logistics or supply chain is a plus.
• Participation in WMS/TMS implementations and ERP logistics modules is expected.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics processes.
• Polish fluent; willingness to travel across Poland and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer needs and translate into functional WMS configurations.
• Advise on WMS setup and configuration decisions.
• Support Go-Live and train key users during implementation.
• Assist in post-implementation optimization of logistics processes.

Do you want to help businesses optimize their logistics processes? Are you passionate about Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and looking for a role that combines consulting, training, and implementation? Then this position is perfect for you!

At Hardis Group Polska, we develop innovative solutions for our clients. We are looking for a WMS Consultant who can support businesses with expertise and energy, ensuring the successful implementation and use of our WMS solutions.

Your role :

As a Functional WMS Consultant, you will be a trusted advisor for our clients. You will ensure that their WMS solution aligns perfectly with their logistics processes. Working closely with client teams, you will facilitate smooth implementation and ensure users get the most out of the system.

Your responsibilities

• Analysis & Advice: assess customer needs and translate them into functional solutions.
• Decision-Making Support: advise clients on WMS configuration and setup.
• Implementation Support: ensure a smooth implementation from preparation to Go-Live, while training key users.
• Continuous Improvement: support clients in optimizing their logistics processes even after implementation.
• Follow the rules and procedures defined by the Information Security Policy (ISP) to ensure information security and data protection, particularly within the framework of ISO 27001 certification.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in: Logistics operations, warehouse operations, or supply chain activities; and/or
• IT departments within logistics, transportation, or supply chain organizations.
• Proven participation in implementation, deployment, upgrade, or support projects involving: Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
• Supply Chain solutions
• ERP systems with logistics modules
• Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics processes.

Required Skills

• Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Experience with software testing, acceptance testing, and issue qualification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and training capabilities.
• Customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work within project teams and international environments.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Driving licence (cat B)
• Ability to travel across Poland and Europe to provide services related to the job description
• Knowledge of Ms Office tools (SharePoint, Word, Excel)

Language Requirements

• Fluent Polish (mandatory).
• Ability to conduct workshops, training sessions, testing activities, and customer interactions in both languages.
