Job summary

Red Sky Poland is looking for a Product Owner to validate early-stage ideas, lead discovery, and own product development from sketch to MVP and beyond. You’ll shape direction, prioritize features, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver user‑centered solutions.

This role requires hands‑on experience with user research, defining product requirements, and partnering with design, engineering, and go‑to‑market teams.

Qualifications

• Experience launching digital products from idea to MVP.
• Strong user research and discovery capabilities.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Ability to translate insights into product requirements.
• Experience with agile methods and continuous delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery of new product ideas - define user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Led user interviews, customer safaris, and market research to shape product strategy and identify key user pain points.
• Translate insights into detailed product requirements - from high‑level vision to edge cases.
• Partner with design, engineering, and stakeholders to build and launch MVPs quickly and iteratively.
• Own and evolve the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on data, impact, and feasibility.
• Define, monitor, and report on KPIs and product success metrics.
• Facilitate sprints, workshops, and cross‑functional alignment to keep the team focused and fast.
• Support go‑to‑market strategies, including positioning, pricing, and feedback loops post‑launch.
