Job description

We are looking for an Product Owner who will help our customer to maximize product value delivered by a cross‑functional development team. Acting as the main link between business stakeholders (Project Manager on client side mainly) and the delivery team, translate business needs into well defined stories and a backlog, ensuring solutions align with customer needs, business objectives, and quality standards within an Agile environment.

Requirements:
Experience & Knowledge
  • Minimum 2 years in PO role, or 3‑5 years in similar position in Scrum environment
  • Proven experience delivering complex IT/software products and projects
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and the full product development lifecycle
  • Experience working with cross‑functional and distributed teams
  • Ability to balance business priorities, technical constraints, and user needs
  • Experience collaborating with many stakeholders
Skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
  • Ability to clearly define and communicate product requirements and decisions
  • Strong prioritization, organizational, and self‑management skills

Main responsibilities:
  • Communicate, follow and understand the client’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Gather, analyze, and validate business and stakeholder requirements
  • Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Align, prioritize, and continuously refine the product backlog together with the client
  • Ensure backlog items are clear and ready for development
  • Act as the decision‑maker for scope, priorities, and trade‑offs
  • Collaborate with client, development teams, UX/UI, QA and Scrum Master/PM
  • Manage and lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and demos
  • Communicate delays and discuss fallback options with the client precisely and early
  • Accept or reject completed work based on acceptance criteria
  • Ensure delivered features meet business goals, user needs, and quality expectations
  • Manage dependencies and mitigate delivery risks together with the client
  • Support release planning and go‑to‑market activities when applicable
  • Drive product improvements using data, feedback, and KPIs as expert and align with the client
  • Drive ongoing process improvements across teams and workflows
