Job summary

Develocraft seeks a Product Owner to help transform a live automotive marketing platform for UK clients. You’ll drive backlog, define migration rules, and coordinate agile delivery while aligning with stakeholders and end users.

This role focuses on data flows, parity with legacy systems and delivering high-quality releases. You’ll work on a 6-month project with potential extension, using data-driven methods and AWS familiarity to ensure smooth migration and continued client value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience as Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst with backlog ownership.
• Strong specification skills to turn unclear needs into defined user stories and criteria.
• Good understanding of data-driven products; able to verify data and rules with SQL.
• Practical Agile experience with Scrum or Kanban and Jira usage.
• Experience with legacy system transformation and parity considerations.
• Fluent English in verbal and written communication.
• Highly organized and proactive with clear decision documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritise the product backlog and transform the roadmap into actionable items.
• Coordinate Agile delivery with refinement, planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Define migration requirements and document edge cases and acceptance criteria.
• Plan releases around existing customers, including migration phases and cutovers.
• Collaborate with UK stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate progress.
• Represent the end user, ensuring priorities reflect campaigns, audiences and reporting.
• Drive acceptance and quality through UAT, defects and data quality reviews.
• Leverage AI to improve delivery efficiency and refine specifications.
