Job summary

Catena Clearing is seeking a Product Owner to translate customer workflows into the Catena platform roadmap. You will sit between six verticals, a 290+ endpoint API, and a team that ships daily, shaping data surfaces for developers and executives.

In this high-autonomy role you will work with the CEO and engineering leads to drive the product from concept through launch, guided by real-world customer needs and risk-focused stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in freight, logistics, telematics, or supply chain.
• Experience with B2B data products, APIs, or platforms; ability to read API docs and write requirements.
• Track record of taking products from concept through launch on schedule.
• Strong customer discovery instincts and ability to translate workflows into requirements.
• Ability to simplify complex systems for developers, operators, and executives.
• High autonomy and accountability in a seed-stage company with founder-led ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap across API, Catena Connect, customer dashboard, and new lines like Track-and-Trace.
• Discover with customers to understand workflows, pain points, and decision-making.
• Operate as the single-threaded owner between leadership, engineering, and go-to-market.
• Shape data products: normalized schemas, write-back flows, webhooks, scorecards for AI agents.
• Define success metrics tied to outcomes, adoption, expansion, and retention.
• Partner with Customer Success and engineering on adoption and expansion.
• Move fast; iterate in public and ship on predictable timelines.
