Qualifications

• Five years+ as a product owner in scaled agile environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and backlog prioritization experience.
• Experience building agile product teams and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Backlog prioritization based on stakeholder requirements.
• Record requirements from business departments.
• Coordinate with business, process owners and IT teams.
• Participate in Scrum events (daily, planning, review, retro).
• Organize user acceptance tests and integrate feedback.
• Plan and track development team budget.
• Define and own product vision, roadmap and priorities.
• Balance business value, feasibility, risks, and operations.
• Align stakeholders across functions, regions and IT.
• Contribute to budget planning and investments for the product domain.
• Ensure realization of business outcomes and value targets.
