Job summary

Alfa Laval Mid Europe GmbH in Kraków is seeking a Product Owner for Finance Shared Services to maximise business value across core finance systems. You will define priorities, align stakeholder needs, and drive adoption and continuous improvement of digital solutions in AP, AR and T&E domains.

The role is full-time in Kraków, part of the DA & GF VS, with a mix of office and remote work and collaboration with the Stockholm-based hiring manager.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven experience in a similar role with strong project management requirements (e.g., project manager, scrum master).
• Hands-on experience with automation and AI technologies for finance.
• Practical knowledge of finance shared services processes (AP, AR, T&E).
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive outcomes against business priorities.
• Strong analytical skills to assess digital solutions and identify improvements.
• Excellent communication skills to gather requirements and convey technical information.
• Curiosity and continuous learning in a rapidly evolving digital/finance landscape.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and optimize financial platforms like Medius, Concur, GetPaid.
• Automate and enhance AP, AR, T&E processes in a global organization.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, procurement, compliance, and security to deliver scalable solutions.
• Manage stakeholder needs and bridge business and IT requirements.
• Drive onboarding, communication, documentation and training.
• Support data governance and quality initiatives.
• Prioritize the team backlog and manage dependencies and resources.
• Define and track value realization with KPIs and benefits.
