Responsibilities

Deploy and optimize financial technology platforms such as Medius, Concur, and GetPaid Automate and enhance AP, AR, and T&E processes within a complex, global organization Collaborate with IT, finance, procurement, compliance, and security teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve process efficiency, compliance, and cost savings Manage stakeholders and gather requirements, bridging business and IT Drive onboarding, communication, documentation, and training Support business teams in operationalizing data governance and quality processes Manage and prioritize the team backlog, addressing priorities, dependencies, and resource challenges Define and track value realization through KPIs and benefits, including cost reduction, efficiency gains, and working capital improvements

Требования:

3+ Years of proven experience in a similar role with strong project management requirements, such as project manager, scrum master of multiple teams, or RTE Hands-on experience with automation and AI technologies for finance Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver outcomes aligned with business priorities Strong analytical skills to assess digital solutions and identify areas for improvement Excellent communication skills and ability to gather stakeholder requirements and clearly convey technical information Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning in the digital and finance landscape Fluent English Будет плюсом: Practical knowledge of finance shared services processes (AP, AR, T&E)
