Job summary

Alfa Laval in Kraków seeks a results-driven Product Owner for Finance Shared Services to maximize business value across AP, AR and T&E. You will define priorities, align stakeholders, and ensure adoption and performance of digital finance solutions.

You will work in a hybrid, international matrix environment with IT, finance, procurement and compliance to deliver scalable, compliant processes and measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in a similar PM role leading multiple teams.
• Hands-on automation and AI technologies for finance.
• Practical knowledge of AP, AR, T&E finance processes is a plus.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and optimize Medius, Concur, and GetPaid.
• Automate and enhance AP, AR, T&E processes.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, procurement, compliance, security to deliver scalable solutions.
• Stakeholder management and requirement gathering bridging business and IT.
• Drive onboarding, communication, documentation and training efforts.
• Support data governance and quality processes in operations.
• Manage and prioritize the team backlog and KPIs.
• Define and track value realization and measurable outcomes.

Background

As a Product Owner for Finance Shared Services, you will join a team of deeply experiencedprofessionals and play a crucial role inensuring seamless integration with corefinancesystems and aligning with business objectives.

In this role, you willberesponsibleformaximizing business value by defining priorities, aligning stakeholder needs, and ensuring the effective adoption, performance, and continuous improvement of digital solutions across these finance AP, AR and T&E domains.

This is afull timerole within the Data, Analytics and Group Functions Value Stream (DA & GF VS) based in Krakow. The hiring manager is based inStockholmand the Product Managerand business stakeholders arebased in Krakow.

Your Responsibilities

• Deploy and optimize leading financial technology platforms such as Medius, Concur, andGetPaid.

• Automate and enhance AP, AR, T&E processes within a complex, global organization.

• Collaboratewith cross-functional teams - including IT, finance, procurement, compliance, security- to deliver scalable solutions that drive process efficiency, compliance, and cost savings.

• Stakeholder management andrequirement gathering thatbridges the gap between business and IT

• Drive onboarding, communication, documentation and training efforts.

• Support business teams in operationalizing data governance and quality processes.

• Manage and prioritize the team backlog, addressing priorities, dependencies, and resource challenges.

• Define and track value realization (KPIs & benefits),ensuring measurable outcomes such as cost reduction, efficiency gains and working capital improvements.

Our Requirements

• 3+yearsproven experienceina similar rolewith strong project management requirements. Example: project manager, scrum master of multiple teams, RTE

• Hands-on experience withautomationand AI technologies for finance

• Practical knowledge of finance shared services processes (AP, AR, T&E) will be a plus

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams efficiently, driving successful outcomes against business priorities

• Strong analytical skills to assess current digital solutions and identify areas for improvement

• Excellent communication skillsand the abilityto gather requirements from stakeholders and convey technical information clearly

• Curiosity and a strong commitment to continuous learning in a rapidly evolving digital and finance landscape

• Fluent in English is a must
