Job summary

Heineken Kraków is seeking an experienced Product Owner to define the feature roadmap and align it with business outcomes. You will lead cross-functional teams across design, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver customer-centric digital commerce initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years in digital product management, strong analytics, and agile leadership. You will champion data-driven decision making and collaborate across markets to maximize value for Heineken.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in business or engineering).
• 5+ years in digital product management.
• Experience with data analytics tools and leading large-scale change.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and value proposition aligned with RTC strategy and DBB foundations.
• Use data and analytics to monitor platform performance and define business outcomes; implement OKRs and KPI framework.
• Lead cross-functional teams with design, engineering, experimentation and business stakeholders to build roadmaps delivering value.
• Plan sprints, manage dependencies, and drive cross-portfolio collaboration and tradeoffs.
• Maintain and refine the backlog at feature level to maximise reusability across OPCOs.
• Champion change management and stakeholder engagement for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, MtC, D&T and others to optimise journeys.
• Communicate expectations and emerging user needs to teams and stakeholders.
