Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking a Technical Product Owner to bridge commercial strategy with engineering execution for innovative AI-enabled workflows. You will own the roadmap, drive data-driven decisions and ensure scalable, high-impact product delivery across markets.

The role combines run and transformation, shaping the Green Flame and HWoI initiatives while maintaining live service health and data readiness for enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Technical Product Manager or Technical Product Owner in large-scale digital or business transformation.
• Experience redesigning end-to-end business processes into workflow products and scaling them.
• Deep SDLC knowledge with a background in software engineering and enterprise workflow tools.
• Hands-on AI in business workflows across Azure, Google Cloud, AWS, and AI platforms.
• Proficient in Agile / Scrum and common lifecycle tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Translate the innovation process into digital workflows, data models and integrations.
• Own a 6–12 month roadmap and backlog prioritization with business value and tech dependency.
• Bridge commercial demand and engineering execution to align expectations.
• Balance speed to market with technical debt and AI value in deployments.
• Plan releases and OpCo rollout, define Definition of Done and Acceptance Criteria.
• Co-design adoption metrics and monitor KPIs with OpCo teams.
• Lead a team of analysts supporting product development and maintenance.
