Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking a Technical Product Owner for Freddy.Innovate & Digital Commerce Innovation to bridge commercial strategy and engineering execution across the Global Innovation Process. You will own the backlog, define the Definition of Done, and partner with architects to balance speed to market with technical health, including FlamePPM and AI-enabled delivery.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as Technical Product Owner/Manager in large-scale digital transformation.
Proficient in redesigning end-to-end business processes into workflow products.
Deep understanding of the SDLC and enterprise workflow platforms.
Hands-on experience bringing AI into business workflows across cloud platforms.
Strong stakeholder orchestration in a global, matrixed organisation.
Experience with FlamePPM and Microsoft Power Platform.
FMCG/HEINEKEN landscape experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Translate the innovation process into digital workflows, data models and integrations.
Own 6–12 month roadmap across the Green Flame journey and backlog prioritisation.
Bridge between commercial demand and engineering execution to align expectations.
Partner with architects on trade-offs between speed to market, debt and AI value.
Plan and steer releases and OpCo rollout while safeguarding the live service.
Define and monitor adoption, performance and business impact KPIs.
Manage a team of analysts supporting the product.
