Job summary

Automate.travel is seeking a proactive Product Owner/Analyst to translate client ideas into a prioritized product backlog. You will speak with tour operators, review data, and establish priorities with the CEO and CTO while learning the travel AI domain.

You will own the requirements process—from definition of done to collaboration with engineers—while using Claude for mockups and analyses. Proficiency in English and fluent Polish are essential for client interactions.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Analyst; startup experience counts.
• Analytical basics: comfortable with data in spreadsheets, mapping processes, and measuring impact.
• Daily work with AI, specifically Claude; able to present a real example in interview.
• English to run client calls and fluent Polish are essential.
• Ability to describe client problems clearly for the team to build and verify.

Responsibilities

Job description

Clients keep coming, and each one brings its own list of requests and ideas. Today a few people collect them, and nobody has the time to put them in order, measure what worked and turn it into clear requirements.

We're looking for someone with a solid start in product work or business analysis who wants to grow fast. You'll talk to tour operators, read the data and work out priorities with our CEO and CTO. We'll teach you the travel business and how we build software with AI.

We write our software with AI, using our own Claude Code build and agents. Coding is a plus, not a requirement. The role grows with the company, towards owning the whole product.

What you'll own

• Collect client requests from calls, tickets and data, and turn them into one clear, prioritised list
• Analyse client processes and product data: what is worth building, and whether a shipped feature actually worked
• Write requirements with a clear definition of done, so an engineer knows what to build
• Talk to clients in English: ask, listen, demo new features
• Build mockups, simple analyses and prototypes with Claude
• Test new features before clients see them

What we're looking for

• At least a year as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or Product Analyst. Product work in a startup or your own project counts too, if you can show results
• Analytical basics: comfortable with data in spreadsheets, mapping a process and checking impact
• Advanced, daily work with AI, Claude in particular. In the interview we'll ask for a real example: a mockup, an automation or an analysis you built with it
• English good enough to run a client call with ease, and fluent Polish
• You can describe a client problem so clearly that the team knows what to build and how to check it
