Profitroom is seeking Product Engineers who own the technical how, from backend PHP/Laravel to frontend-leaning TypeScript and Vue.js. You will contribute to technical discovery, design robust backend systems, and ship complete features across services, APIs and data stores in a remote-friendly environment.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, collaboration with Product Managers and QA, and a path to impactful product outcomes in a fast‑moving hospitality technology space.

Formación

• Shipped software used by real customers and can articulate trade-offs.
• Able to understand customer and business problems before solving them.
• Owns end-to-end problem solving rather than just executing predefined tickets.
• Can explain technical trade-offs to a Product Manager and business rationale to engineers.
• Values quality beyond passing code reviews and QA handoffs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of backend services or full-featured frontend-backend features.
• Participate in technical discovery to validate feasibility and shape approach.
• Make technical decisions balancing value, speed, maintainability and risk.
• Ensure production quality during release, monitoring and support.
• Leverage AI-native development practices to improve workflows and outcomes.
