Job summary

Sandoz Poland Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw is seeking a Product Manager for Rx brands to translate brand strategy into marketing actions and drive business growth across channels.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage campaigns, support product launches, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliant execution while collaborating with Sales, Medical, Market Access and Trade to optimize P&L and ROI.

Qualifications

  • University degree (preferably Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, or related field).
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing independent role, ideally in pharma/healthcare.
  • At least 1 year managing branded marketing campaigns.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement marketing plans that drive results.
  • Strong brand management understanding and marketing principles.
  • Data-driven insights from strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build brand strategies and positioning aligned with objectives and market trends.
  • Develop and implement execution phase: promotional campaigns for assigned brands.
  • Support planning and execution of new product launches.
  • Monitor brand performance, market trends and KPIs; adjust tactics as needed.
  • Translate insights into meaningful marketing initiatives.
  • Lead development, approval and rollout of promotional materials; ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate external partners and manage assigned A&P budget; support P&L optimization.

  • Support Field Force training and brand-related communication.

Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Build brand strategies and positioning in line with business objectives, market trends and portfolio need.
  • Develop and implement execution phase: promotional campaigns for assigned brands.
  • Support planning and execution of new product launches.
  • Monitor brand performance, market trends and KPIs, proposing adjustments to tactics where needed.
  • Translate market, customer and competitive insights into meaningful and effective marketing initiatives.
  • Lead development, approval and rollout of promotional materials across channels, ensuring consistency, compliance and procedures accuracy.
  • Coordinate external partners, in line with internal standards and processes.
  • Manage assigned A&P budget and support P&L optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Trade and other key stakeholders.
  • Conduct field visits to assess quality of execution and gather customer insights.
  • Support and contribute to Field Force training and brand‑related communication.
  • Build effective internal relationships to ensure alignment and strong execution.

Our Requirements

  • University degree (preferably in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, or a related field).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing independent role, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing assigned brand(s) and delivering marketing campaigns.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing plans that drive business results.
  • Good understanding of brand management and marketing principles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; experience working cross-functionally.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and ability to work independently.
  • Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation: Sandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs.
  • Job location: Warsaw, Poland
  • Work mode: hybrid - min. 2 days of on-site office work
  • Pay range (monthly salary): 13 350 - 24 800 zł gross
  • Variable compensation: - Annual performance-based bonus: 15% - company car (or car allowance 2 900 zł gross ); - employee share program;
  • Additional benefits include: Lunch card worth 450 zł per month, Laptop, Medical care, Life Insurance, Retirement plan, Multisport or Kultura + card (co-financed by the employee), Additional 2 days off, Language learning platform
  • Pay frequency: monthly
