Job summary

Akamai Technologies is recruiting a Product Manager in Global Services to lead strategy, design, and execution of Akamai's services portfolio across multiple domains, including managed security and cloud operations, to boost adoption and retention.

You will collaborate with technology groups, engineering, sales, and operations to optimize packaging, pricing, and go-to-market initiatives, driving customer value and long-term success.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Management or cybersecurity, cloud infra, or edge delivery.
• Practical experience or equivalent qualifications in a technical field.
• Knowledge of product life-cycle delivery and PM principles.
• Ability to evaluate consumer insights, usage patterns, and trends.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and stakeholder relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Create PRDs with features and acceptance criteria.
• Define roadmaps and lifecycle for services.
• Develop pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies.
• Define product vision aligning with market needs.
• Manage performance metrics to reduce churn.
