Job summary

Akamai Technologies is seeking a Senior Strategy & Operations Analyst to partner with Product, Program Management and CTG leadership to drive operational excellence through integrated processes and clear KPIs.

You will act as trusted advisor across functions, build dashboards, and advance standard practices while communicating changes and ensuring timely delivery of outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in Strategy or Product roles.
• Experience building processes and driving operational standards for a cross-functional organization.
• Understanding of cloud, data center concepts, content distribution (CDN) and related technology to translate technical requirements into business outcomes.
• Experience presenting to and working with teams and leadership at all levels of an organization.
• Experience with data visualization, analysis tools, dashboards, and KPI development.

Responsibilities

• Serving as a trusted advisor and business partner to cross-functional CTG leadership including Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance, etc.
• Maintaining the rhythm of the business through the development and execution of integrated processes.
• Leading expectations for quality of internal and external outputs across CTG through development and documentation of Standard & Practices.
• Driving consistency in business reviews by establishing best practices for managing, maintaining, and reviewing key performance indicators with business leaders.
• Communicating changes and driving adoption to need standards of working to drive the business forward.
• Optimizing processes continuously to effectively support decision-making on a large scale.
