Qualifications

• 6+ лет опыта как Product Manager и proven track record запуска успешных продуктов.
• Опыт работы с BPM/Workflow, управления бизнес-процессами или контент-автоматизацией.
• Умение вести переговоры технических требований и работать в быстро меняющейся среде.
• Отличные устные и письменные коммуникативные навыки и стратегическое мышление.
• Знание инструментов и методологий продуктов (Product Management tools).
• Степень бакалавра в бизнесе, инженерии, CS или смежной области.

Responsibilities

• Проводить исследование рынка, клиентов и конкурентов для информирования продуктовых решений.
• Работать с дизайном и инженерами над новыми продуктами и улучшением существующих.
• С сотрудниками GTM-команды формировать сообщение о продукте и выявлять высокоценные кейсы
• С Analytics определять метрики, следить за популярностью и использованием, находить пробелы и принимать решения на основе данных
• С BD-отделом выявлять возможности скорейшего роста, включая интеграции с партнёрами и новые технологии
• Определять стратегию продукта, Roadmap и требования, обеспечивать успешные релизы
• Формировать видение и функциональную доставку функций Workflow Platform

Its platform helps organizations collaborate, manage content lifecycles, secure critical information, and transform business workflows with enterprise AI. Box Automate and the Content Automations product area help teams automate business processes and deliver consistent results.

Задачи:

• Conduct market research, customer research, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions
• Partner with Design and Engineering teams to develop new products and enhance existing ones that deliver measurable value
• Collaborate with GTM teams to communicate product messaging, identify high-value use cases, and explore new product opportunities
• Work with Analytics to define metrics, track adoption and usage, identify gaps, and make data-informed decisions
• Work with Business Development to identify opportunities to accelerate business, including integrations with technical partners and acquisition of new technologies
• Define product strategy and roadmap, manage product requirements, and ensure successful product releases
• Take responsibility for the vision and functional delivery of Workflow Platform features

Требования:

• 6+ Years of experience as a Product Manager
• Ideally 2+ years of experience managing B2B SaaS products
• Proven track record of managing and launching successful products
• Experience related to workflow, business process management, or content automation
• Proficient technical understanding and ability to negotiate technical requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
