Job summary

Enfint is seeking an experienced Product Manager to define and manage roadmaps enabling end-to-end workflows for B2B SaaS customers. You will synthesize insights from customer feedback, research, and data science to inform investments and scale successful initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years in product management, 1–2 years in B2B SaaS, and strong cross-functional collaboration. Equity options may be included in the compensation package.

• Clarify complex concepts and write precise product specifications;
• Pair effectively with design, engineering, and business teams;
• Think systemically and create solutions that simplify complex customer use cases;
• Provide strategic insights and connect custom field and type features with the platform to address critical customer issues;
• Execute projects with high velocity by breaking them into MVPs and iterative stages;
• Foster team morale and share product management best practices;
• Embrace a growth mindset, welcome feedback, and maintain curiosity in learning;
• Nice to have: Experience building software in partnership with enterprise customers, strong product intuition, and the ability to combine qualitative insights with quantitative data to understand customer experience deeply.
