Job summary

Enfint is seeking an experienced infrastructure engineer to automate multi-cloud environments on GCP and AWS, leveraging Terraform and Python to deliver scalable IaC. The role emphasizes collaboration with service owners and adherence to secure, auditable change practices.

You will participate in on-call duties, refine runbooks, and contribute to cross-team cloud patterns while ensuring smooth deployment and operations. Proficiency in English is required, with office presence in Warsaw as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software or infrastructure engineering.
• Hands-on experience with GCP and AWS, with at least one in depth.
• Practical Terraform or IaC experience in production.
• Solid understanding of cloud IAM, roles, policies, groups, and federation.
• Development skills in Python, Bash scripting, and microservice architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and safe production change practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with urgency and enthusiasm.
• Fluent English communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support automation for GCP projects and AWS accounts, including lifecycle management and IAM bindings.
• Troubleshoot Terraform/IaC deployments, state issues, and provider-specific IAM problems.
• Partner with service owners on landing-zones and document ownership boundaries after onboarding.
• Apply shared patterns across tenants and adapt solutions for other clouds as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams on designs spanning multiple cloud providers.
• Improve internal workflows and automation.
• Participate in on-call, write and update runbooks, and follow change management practices.
• Contribute to logging and audit paths and remediate access and compliance findings.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint delivery.
• Document solutions for future engineers and maintain continuity.

• Real-world experience with Terraform or equivalent IaC
• Solid understanding of cloud IAM, including service accounts, roles, policies, groups, and federation basics
• Development skills in Python, Terraform, Bash scripting, and microservice architecture
• Familiarity with CI/CD and safe production change practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a sense of urgency and enthusiasm
• Fluent English
• Nice to have: Kubernetes/GKE or EKS onboarding experience, Jenkins, Prefect or internal workflow platforms, internal platform or paved-path work, FinOps exposure, Azure or additional cloud provider experience
