Job summary

Box is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the Workflow Platform within Box Automate. You will define strategy, roadmaps, and requirements, partnering with Design and Engineering to deliver impactful capabilities for customers.

You will collaborate with GTM teams, measure adoption with analytics, and drive successful releases across the market. The role requires 6+ years of PM experience, strong technical chops, and a proven track record in B2B SaaS.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with 2+ years managing B2B SaaS products.
  • Proven track record of managing and launching successful products, ideally related to workflow / business process management / content automation.
  • Proficient technical understanding and ability to negotiate technical requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating product vision clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Define product strategy and roadmap for Box Automate Workflow Platform.
  • Manage product requirements and ensure successful releases to market.
  • Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and GTM teams to communicate product messaging and identify high-value use cases.
  • Work with analytics to define metrics, track adoption, and inform decisions.
  • Coordinate with Business Development and external partners to identify growth opportunities.

This role will specifically focus on building and scaling Workflow Platform that helps Box customers to build business critical workflows. This role is an opportunity to contribute to one of Box leading products, and take responsibility both for vision, and functional delivery its features. You'll define product strategy and roadmap, manage product requirements, and ensure successful product releases to the market. In this role, your work will impact millions of users, who use Box Automate to get their work done on a daily basis.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct market research, customer research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions
  • Partner with Design and Engineering teams to develop new products and enhance existing ones that deliver measurable value
  • Collaborate with GTM teams including Marketing, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product Support, Professional Service, etc. to effectively communicate product messaging to customers, identify high-value use cases, and explore new product opportunities
  • Work with Analytics to define metrics, track adoption and usage, identify gaps, and make data-informed decisions
  • Work with Business Development to identify opportunities to accelerate business, such as integration with technical partners, acquisition of new technologies, etc.
Who You Are
  • 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with ideally 2+ years managing B2B SaaS products.
  • Proven track record of managing and launching successful products, ideally related to workflow / business process management/ content automation.
  • Proficient technical understanding and ability to negotiate technical requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating product vision clearly to stakeholders at all levels and facilitating productive discussions.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
