Qualifications

• 3+ года опыта в роли Product Manager в ведущей технологической компании.
• Техническая база плюс стратегическое мышление.
• Сильный бэкграунд в бизнес-аналитике, инженерии или смежной дисциплине.
• Умение связывать технические детали с бизнес-целями.
• Развитые навыки коммуникации, переговоров и решения проблем.
• Обширные знания ML/AI технологий и их влияние на UX.
• Опыт управления автономными кросс-функциональными командами.
• Опыт работы с JIRA, Confluence, Scrum, LeSS, Data Mesh.
• Свободное владение английским языком.
• Страсть к cutting-edge данным инновациям.
• Проактивность и умение работать с разными идеями.

Responsibilities

• Определять и внедрять AI-решения с измеримой бизнес-ценностью.
• Оценивать выгоды и проектировать эксперименты для проверки эффективности.
• Координировать дорожную карту продукта и бэклог.
• Обеспечивать планирование и своевременную доставку через взаимодействие с бизнес-стейкхолдерами, инженерами и дата-сайентистами.
• Разрабатывать и запускать Go-To-Market стратегии для внутренних и внешних продуктов.
• Постоянно улучшать качество продукта и его производительность по отзывам пользователей и аналитике.
• Содействовать быстрому принятию и интеграции AI-продуктов по всей организации.
• Контролировать технологии и участвовать в выборе технологий.
