Job summary

Qualifications

• Высшее образование или эквивалент; знание бизнес и технических аспектов
• Опыт анализа рынка и потребностей клиентов; умение формулировать бизнес-ценность
• Опыт работы в Agile/ Scrum; навыки управления жизненным циклом продукта
• Свободное владение английским языком (C1)
• Способность определять KPI, анализировать данные и решать проблемы

Responsibilities

• Определение потребностей клиентов и перевод их в конкретные задачи для команд
• Разработка и поддержка видения продукта, согласование с бизнес-целями
• Координация с IT-поставщиками, контроль масштабирования и приемки работ
• Поддержание сотрудничества с внутренними и внешними партнерами
• Обновление базы знаний о продукте на основе анализа рынка и конкурентов
• Сотрудничество с командами Digital & Strategy Office, Technology и др.
• Поддержка и приоритетизация product backlog
• Взаимодействие с заинтересованными сторонами на протяжении всего цикла
• Формулирование функциональных и нефункциональных требований

InPost has revolutionised e-commerce parcel delivery in Poland and is now one of Europe’s leading out-of-home (OOH) e-commerce enablement platforms. The Product Manager is responsible for the end-to-end development of the product, translating customer and market needs into a clear product vision and backlog. The role connects business, technology, and stakeholders to ensure the product delivers measurable value and remains aligned with the agreed strategy.

Задачи:

• Identifying customer needs related to product development and translating them into actionable items for product and other teams
• Developing and maintaining the product vision, ensuring consistency with it across deliverables
• Coordinating with IT solution providers, including scoping, monitoring, and accepting development work
• Maintaining cooperation with internal and external business partners
• Developing and updating the product knowledge base through ongoing market and competitor analysis
• Cooperating with teams within the Digital & Strategy Office, Technology, and other supporting areas
• Maintaining the product backlog: creating and updating it, and setting priorities
• Engaging with stakeholders on an ongoing basis
• Preparing and clarifying functional and non-functional requirements

Требования:

• University degree
• Solid grounding in both business and technical domains
• Strong understanding of the market and customer needs
• Competence in market and competitor analysis
• Ability to define business value
• Familiarity with Agile approaches (Agile, Scrum)
• Track record in managing the product lifecycle — gathering and analyzing requirements, prioritizing the backlog, and cooperating with teams and stakeholders to deliver business value and meet user needs

• Business: understanding of the market and customer needs in the e-commerce sector
• Analytical: data analysis, KPI definition, problem-solving
