Job summary

InPost Technology in Kraków is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own cross‑team, end‑to‑end technology programs with real business impact in a fast-growing e‑commerce and logistics environment. You will coordinate strategy to execution across engineering, product, design, operations, and leadership, mentor junior TPMs, and apply AI-enabled approaches to improve delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in technology program management.
• 4+ years delivering complex, multi-domain programs with measurable business impact.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of M365, Jira/Confluence.
• Basics of SQL/PostgreSQL and at least one programming language.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP web services, security fundamentals (VPN/SSL), and MongoDB.
• Strong command of Agile, Kanban, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proven ability to develop and own initiative roadmaps, delivery plans, and risk registers.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience using data analysis tools.
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Working proficiency in both English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver complex, multi‑team technology programs from planning through launch.
• Build end‑to‑end program plans: goals, milestones, value slicing, roadmaps, and critical paths.
• Coordinate cross‑team dependencies, risks, and integration boundaries proactively.
• Translate business and technical goals into clear scope and measurable outcomes.
• Define and track program KPIs, ensuring delivery drives business value.
• Lead RAID reviews, readiness checks, and rollout reviews.
• Coordinate non‑functional requirements (SLA/SLO, security, operability).
• Systematize AI usage in program execution (scenario generation, readiness testing, metrics validation, reporting).
• Drive governance mechanisms such as steering committees and decision reviews.
• Communicate clearly with engineering, product, design, operations, and senior leadership.
• Mentor Associate TPMs and contribute to team standards and playbooks.
• Use AI tooling to automate program management tasks (status reporting, risk monitoring) and coach teams on effective AI adoption.
