Job summary

Grid Dynamics seeks an experienced AI Product leader to build and run an AI-native Product Management function. You will define processes, prioritize the AI portfolio, and partner with AI leadership to drive roadmap execution.

Lead cross-functional teams, establish AI-first discovery and analytics, and scale the PM organization with a strong execution mindset and executive presence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, including leadership responsibility.
• Proven track record managing multiple complex software or platform products.
• Strong experience with AI, Generative AI, and/or Agentic AI products.
• Deep understanding of modern LLM ecosystems, AI agents, and AI tooling.
• Hands-on use of AI automation platforms and AI assistants in daily work.
• Ability to operate effectively in highly technical environments alongside engineering.
• Experience building new organizational functions or operating frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.

• Work directly with executive leadership on strategic AI initiatives

• Build and mentor a high-performing PM organization over time.
