Its RelativityOne platform helps law firms, corporations, and government agencies securely manage large volumes of complex information.

Задачи:

• Own the roadmap, backlog, and goals for the Integration Platform product area, contributing to product strategy with the product leader;
• Build user, market, and competitive knowledge and use data to inform product direction;
• Communicate the roadmap and its value to stakeholders and leadership, earning buy-in with qualitative and quantitative evidence;
• Define leading indicators of product health and project success, adjusting tactics based on metrics and reporting;
• Run structured discovery with internal teams and external developers through interviews, usability testing, and experimentation;
• Contribute research and analysis to build/buy/partner decisions;
• Engage in exploratory technical design with engineering and architecture;
• Make scoping and prioritization recommendations, own product-area triage, document trade-offs, and elevate cross-team decisions;
• Facilitate high-priority defect triage, management, and communication while maintaining shipping cadence and reliability standards;
• Communicate roadmap value to internal and external customers from technical and business perspectives;
• Collaborate with technical design and development to validate direction and with product marketing on go-to-market activities;
• Use AI tools for prototyping, research synthesis, spec drafting, and customer insight, and share learnings with the team;
• Build consensus and influence others without authority, keeping teams aligned and clearing or escalating blockers;
• Provide direct feedback to peers and actively seek feedback for personal improvement.

Требования:

• 3+ Years of experience in Product Management at a technology company, with ownership of a product or product area through at least one lifecycle stage;
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience;
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies, including exposure to AI-powered SDLC environments with agentic tooling;
• Working knowledge of APIs, event-driven architecture, and common integration patterns;
• Experience conducting discovery and usability testing to gather customer feedback;
• Ability to use data to analyze and monitor product health, set goals, validate assumptions, and track success;
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize based on company and team objectives, with meticulous attention to detail;
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and analysis skills, with strong business and technical acumen, problem-solving, and critical thinking;
• Active use of AI tools for prototyping, research synthesis, spec drafting, and faster execution;
• Nice to have: 2+ years of related experience in a cloud, API, or integration-focused environment, understanding of distributed systems and service-to-service communication, experience building developer-facing platform capabilities such as APIs, SDKs, webhooks, or integration tooling, familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or Agent-to-Agent (A2A), a technical foundation in computer science, engineering, or math, experience across Project Management, Marketing, Engineering, UX/UI, and other functional areas, history of working with OKRs or other outcome-based frameworks.
