Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ лет опыта разработки и масштабирования production‑grade AI/ML систем.
• 2+ года опыта руководства командой в Agile окружении.
• Продвинутые навыки Python и экосистемы AI/ML, веб-сервисов и data engineering.
• Экспертиза в LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, агентных системах, векторном и гибридном поиске, обработке документов.
• Опыт работы с одной из крупных облачных платформ (GCP, AWS или Azure) и управляемыми ML‑сервисами.

Responsibilities

• Р руководить проектами разработки ПО от начала до выпуска и определять архитектуру AI систем.
• Устанавливать техническое направление, лучшие практики, наставлять инженеров.
• С сотрудниками бизнеса и продуктов выравнивать техническую стратегию и мостить коммуникацию с не техничной стороной.
• Доставлять Enterprise AI/ML решения от PoC до продакшна, обеспечивать надежность и поддержку.
• Отслеживать тренды в AI и внедрять новые технологии с учетом операционной прагматики.

• Lead software development projects end-to-end, defining AI system architecture and contributing hands-on to implementation with the team
• Set technical direction, establish engineering best practices, and mentor engineers
• Partner with business and product stakeholders to align technical strategy with strategic goals and bridge technical and non-technical teams
• Deliver enterprise AI/ML solutions from proof of concept to production, ensuring continuous improvement, system reliability, and long-term support
• Track AI industry trends and integrate emerging technologies such as Agentic AI, custom guardrails, and fine-tuning while maintaining operational pragmatism

Требования

• 5+ Years of professional experience developing and scaling production-grade AI/ML systems
• 2+ Years of proven team lead experience in Agile engineering environments
• Advanced proficiency in Python and its AI/ML, web services, and data engineering ecosystem
• Expertise in open- and closed-source LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, Agentic AI, vector and hybrid search, document processing, guardrails, LLM evaluation, and monitoring/observability
• Solid experience with at least one major cloud platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and associated managed ML services such as Vertex AI or SageMaker
• Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills and experience leading client and stakeholder discussions
• Будет плюсом: Full-stack experience across frontend, backend, data engineering, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD automation; hands-on experience with PyTorch, Hugging Face, NLP, or Computer Vision
