First Connect Insurance is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Insurtech Platform, to lead a new team owning the agency/producer surfaces and admin portal. You will define the platform strategy, drive cross-team roadmaps, and coordinate with US business units to deliver a unified experience for growing agencies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with a track record of delivering products in fast-paced environments.
• Customer-first mindset with user feedback translated into simple, useful products.
• Comfort with ambiguity; turn unowned problems into roadmaps and shipped products.
• Experience using data to set priorities and measure impact.
• Experience driving large migrations or re-architectures with cross-team dependencies.
• Proven ability to build products under trust, compliance, or policy constraints.
• Based in Poland or Israel with partial overlap with U.S. Pacific time; fluent in English.
• Platform/infrastructure experience in B2B SaaS; multi-tenant orgs, admin consoles, audit trails.
• Track record from 0→1 to scaled products.
• Identity and access domain experience: authentication, org structures, roles/permissions.

• Consolidate surfaces today into a coherent charter and prioritized roadmap.
• Own and drive the agency-to-producer migration roadmap and platform capabilities.
• Design the roles and permissions model for agencies, producers, and admin portal.
• Build scalable structures for agencies to start small and grow on the platform.
• Ship with the largest agencies as design partners.
• Consolidate US compliance requirements into automated, auditable lifecycle flows.

RoleOverview

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Insurtech Platform to lead and grow a new team that owns the surfaces every other team at First Connect builds on: the agency and producer structure, compliance, sign-in, my account, and role-based access in our admin portal. Think of it as the operating system for insurance agencies.

Your headline initiative is rebuilding the platform to serve bigger agencies, and to grow with every agency as it grows. A disproportionate share of our revenue already comes from our largest agencies, and they operate as full organizations with many producers and roles, while today's platform is optimized for an individual agent. You will drive the platform strategy and execution for closing that gap: leading the migration to an agency-to-producer structure with richer roles and coordinating the broader cross-team product roadmap, so that a large agency gets a great experience on day one and a growing agency never outgrows us.

That initiative is the headline, not the whole job. Compliance, sign-in, and account management are durable, revenue-bearing domains that every agent touches, and they need product leadership in their own right. You'll partner closely with design, engineering, and our US-based business team, balancing compliance requirements, technical constraints, and long‑term platform opportunities.

This is a hybrid role based in Israel, with partial working-hours overlap with U.S. Pacific time.
