Job summary

vCluster Labs, a venture-backed startup, seeks an SDR to spearhead outreach to platform engineers and AI architects, driving opportunities for their Kubernetes virtualization platform. You will research AI startups to Fortune 500s, craft technical, no-fluff outreach, and own the top-of-funnel process across multiple channels.

You’ll join a remote-first team with equity, flexible schedules, and a fast-paced growth trajectory as we scale to meet demand for AI and MLOps workloads.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in sales, lead generation, or high-intensity customer-facing roles.
• K8s-curious: excited to learn about Kubernetes concepts and discuss them with engineers.
• Grit and ownership in an early-stage, script-free environment.
• Clear communication of complex infrastructure concepts to technical buyers.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Prospecting: identify high-growth orgs needing Kubernetes and infra cost optimization.
• Technical Outreach: craft personalized, value-driven outreach for engineers.
• Pipeline Architecture: own the top-of-funnel and convert inbound/outbound leads into opportunities.
• Multi-Channel Mastery: use LinkedIn, email, and phone to engage in developer communities.
• Market Intelligence: capture feedback for Product/Marketing on AI and MLOps trends.
• Process Innovation: work with Sales Ops to optimize tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Clay.
