Job summary

Profitroom is seeking Product Engineers for Backend-led or Full-stack roles, focused on delivering end-to-end features for hospitality software used by hotels and guests. You will own the technical approach, collaborate with Product Managers, and contribute to AI-enabled development practices.

The role emphasizes strong engineering foundations, ability to work across backend and frontend, and a bias for delivering customer value with maintainable architectures.

Qualifications

• Shipped software used by real customers and stayed close to what worked.
• Owns a problem end-to-end and can justify solutions beyond predefined tickets.
• Comfortable with PHP/Laravel or TypeScript/Vue.js and capable of cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of backend services or full-featured UI changes.
• Engage in technical discovery and shape the approach before scope is locked.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, QA and engineers to ensure quality in production.
